The first fact you need to bear in mind is that the suitable arrow length depends on your height, strength and the bow types. Before choosing the arrows, you have to do few steps first:
Step1: Figure out your draw length
All you need to do is to measure your fully open-arms and makre sure they are parallel to the floor. Then divide the value by 2.5. Yes, do ask someone to help and measure from tip to tip. For example, your arm-span is 68inches, your draw length would be 66"/2.5= 26.4 inches.
Step2: Add 1 to 2 inches to that
We can't control our strength precisely everytime so make sure you add 1 or 2 inches to buffer. So if your draw length is around 26inches, you should use arrows that between 27 to 28 inches.
Kindly Note: This is a way to assit your understanding on why heigh matters to arrows length. And it usually work to most people. If you don't feel sure about the measurement result, do not hesitate to contact us or go to a local shop for more information.
